Room Rental Manager is a software platform for landlords and shared-housing operators who want a clearer way to present listings, receive inquiries, organize follow-up, and manage room-rental leads.
Room Rental Manager provides software tools used by independent landlords, property operators, managers, agents, and other listing publishers. We do not own, lease, manage, inspect, approve, screen, or control the properties, rooms, rental terms, pricing, deposits, availability, leases, house rules, tenant decisions, or move-in decisions shown through customer listing pages.
If you believe a listing is inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable, or otherwise improper, email us with the public listing link, the landlord or property name if available, and a clear description of the concern. We may review and remove, hide, restrict, or suspend content or accounts when we believe action is appropriate under our Terms, policies, or applicable law.
For privacy questions or requests concerning information handled directly by Room Rental Manager, email [email protected]. If you submitted an inquiry to a landlord, the landlord may also have received and independently used the information you submitted. You may need to contact that landlord directly regarding their separate records, communications, or rental decisions.
